Professional Home Inspections in Port Orange & Volusia County

I had the Inspection Medic check my home recently. He completed a 4 point inspection and a wind mitigation inspection. He was very professional and polite. I had no idea how much or if I would receive any type of a discount from my insurance company. I sent in the paperwork he provided me with after the inspection to my insurance company USAA. They gave me a discount on my homeowners policy of $1,200 OMG. Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him if you want to save some money on your homeowners insurance.

I wanted a 4 Point Inspection and a Wind Mitigation Report for insurance quotes. Peter made this experience pain free. He returned my call promptly, we agreed on a price (competitive to the other quotes I received), and set an appointment within a timely date and time. Then he arrived ON TIME! Peter was polite, courteous and explained what he needed and what part of the inspections he was doing. He performed the duties in a timely manner and returned the report the next day. I was able to turn the report in quickly.

Pete came out and did the inspection on my 6,000 ft 8 plex. It was a huge job. He finished in one day and had the report to me asap so I could make a buying decision. He brought to my attention issues that I needed to know about. I'll be calling him for my next building. Thanks Pete.

Peter is amazing

I was a first time home buyer and was very unsure about the inspection process. I had Pete check out my now home and complete a 4 point, wind mitigation, and termite inspection. Pete was very meticulous and thorough in his work. He let me follow him through the house and he explained his process. He was able to provide reports the next day and called to make sure I wasn't left with any unanswered questions. My insurance company said they were very impressed with his reporting format.
